The first 40 miles of our ride today were fairly uneventful with no major climbs to speak of. The weather was in the high fifties for most of the ride with lots of sunshine and a consistent 10-15 mph headwind. I may not be able to train for these hills in Dallas but the wind is one element we constantly battle. The final 14 miles included 4 big climbs like this one.
